INDESOL has admitted an integrated approach to ensure efficient work of the Welding Department, which includes working space arrangement, personnel qualification, use of modern equipment, quality control, process optimization, inventory management, safety, client feedback and planning.

INDESOL is constantly implementing cutting-edge welding technologies, such as robotic welding, laser beam welding or gas metal arc welding to increase productivity, accuracy and quality of welding works.

Coating Department

At INDESOL, special attention is paid at the quality of our products. The Coating Department is no exception. We use advanced technologies to ensure longevity and aesthetic appearance of our products.

Why is powder coating so effective?

Powder coating is firm and lasting, protects metal from corrosion and mechanical damage.
This method helps achieve a smooth and even surface without paint drips or unevenness.
Powder paint is eco-friendly and safe for human health.

Powder coating is preceded by shot-blasting of metal surfaces. It helps remove dirt, rust and scale from metal surfaces. As a result, the surface is ideally smooth, and powder coating is evenly distributed over it.

Our decorators are real professionals in what they do. They have a vast working experience and know coating process to every last detail. We keep enhancing our skills and follow the new trends in metal coating.

Blanking Department

Metal Blanking Department in INDESOL is also very significant. We use advanced technologies to ensure high accuracy and efficiency of work at each production stage.

Metal Laser Cutting.
We use modern equipment for laser cutting of metals which allows us to obtain parts of any complexity with high precision. Thus, ideal matching of all structural elements is ensured, which reduces the time for their fitting.

Bending Equipment.
Bending equipment has been installed in our department, which allows for making complex metal bends without any loss in strength. This is especially important when working with non-circular pipes, which are often used in construction and metal structure production.

Non-Circular Pipe Laser Cutting.
Laser cutting enables accurate and fast cutting of a non-circular pipe into sections of a desired size. It speeds up structure assembly process and reduces the probability of mistakes.
